We offer a full refund or free key replacement in any of the following situations:
The license key we provided is rejected during activation on Microsoft or the software's official activation page.
You received a key that has already been used or is already activated on another device.
You received a key for a different product, version, or language than what you ordered.
Your license key was not delivered to your email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Important: To process your refund quickly, please include a screenshot showing the activation error or the email inbox showing non-delivery when you contact us. This helps us resolve your case within hours, not days.
Because our products are digital license keys that are delivered instantly, certain situations do not qualify for a refund. We ask that you read these carefully before purchasing.
Refunds are not available if you simply decide you no longer want the software after the key has been delivered.
Purchases made without checking system requirements (e.g. buying a Windows-only product for a Mac) are non-refundable.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund (but may qualify for warranty replacement).
Keys that have been successfully activated and used cannot be refunded, as the digital product has been consumed.

Every product sold on The Soft Solution comes with a Lifetime Warranty. This means if your license key ever stops working in the future — even after the 30-day refund window — we will replace it free of charge.
If Microsoft deactivates your key due to a server-side issue not caused by you, we will replace it at no cost.
If you need to reinstall the software on the same PC after formatting, we will assist with reactivation at no charge.
Lifetime licenses are tied to one device. Moving a single-device license to a new computer requires purchasing a new license.
Keys that stop working because they were shared with others or activated on more devices than permitted are not covered by warranty.
