1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at thesoftsolution.com, or by placing an order for any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or place an order. These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers and businesses who access or use our services.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We operate two brands — The Soft Solution (thesoftsolution.com) and Briqta (briqta.com) — offering digital services and software license reselling to clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and worldwide.

3Services & Products

The Soft Solution offers two categories of offerings:

IT Services — Professional digital services including but not limited to: ecommerce store setup, SEO, web development, AI automation, digital marketing, design and branding, content writing, and business consulting. All services are delivered remotely.

Software Licenses — Genuine software license keys for products including Microsoft Office, Windows OS, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, antivirus software and other digital products. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any software manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

All third-party brand names, product names and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only. The Soft Solution is an independent service provider and software reseller.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service or product at any time without prior notice.

4Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards)
  • PayPal
  • Payoneer
  • Bank transfer (for large orders — contact us first)

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment you will receive an automated order confirmation email. For IT services, a team member will contact you within 24 hours to begin the project. For software licenses, delivery is typically within minutes of payment confirmation.

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5Delivery & Fulfilment

Software License Keys are delivered digitally via email, typically within minutes to 12 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

IT Services are delivered according to the timeframe stated on the relevant service listing. Standard delivery windows are:

  • Simple setup services: 1–3 business days
  • Standard services: 2–5 business days
  • Complex or custom projects: as agreed before order

Delivery timelines begin from the point we have received all required information and access credentials from the customer — not from the date of payment alone.

Customer Responsibility

Delays caused by late provision of required information, credentials, or feedback from the customer do not constitute a breach of our delivery commitment and will not be grounds for a refund.

All IT service deliverables are provided remotely. Physical delivery is not available.

6Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind every order with our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Software Licenses:

  • If a license key fails to activate, we will provide a replacement key at no additional cost.
  • If we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are not available for keys that have been successfully activated and used.
  • Refunds are not available where the customer has purchased the wrong product for their operating system or device.

IT Services:

  • If the delivered service does not match the agreed scope, we will revise the work at no extra cost.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are not available once a service has been substantially completed and delivered as agreed.
  • Cancellation before work has started entitles the customer to a full refund.
  • Cancellation after work has started but before completion may entitle the customer to a partial refund at our discretion based on work completed.
How to Request a Refund

Contact us via email at info@thesoftsolution.com or WhatsApp at +92 311 6611148 within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24 business hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind after successful delivery, failure to provide required information within 14 days of purchase, or disputes raised through payment processors without first contacting us directly.

7Software License Terms

All software license keys sold by The Soft Solution are genuine retail keys sourced from authorised channels. By purchasing a software license you agree to the following:

  • License keys are for personal or business use as defined by the software manufacturer’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
  • You must not resell, redistribute, or share license keys with third parties.
  • You must not attempt to use a license key on more devices than permitted by the license type purchased.
  • The Soft Solution is not responsible for account-level suspensions or deactivations caused by misuse of the license by the customer.
  • Software updates and ongoing support after activation are the responsibility of the software manufacturer, not The Soft Solution.
Activation Assistance

Every software purchase includes a step-by-step activation guide. If you experience difficulty activating your license, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase and we will assist you at no charge.

8IT Services Terms

When you purchase an IT service from The Soft Solution, the following terms apply:

  • Scope: The service will be delivered as described in the product listing at the time of purchase. Any work beyond the stated scope requires a separate agreement and additional payment.
  • Access: You agree to provide us with the necessary access (such as WordPress admin login or FTP credentials) to complete the work. All credentials are handled securely and deleted after project completion.
  • Revisions: The number of revisions included is stated in the service listing. Revisions beyond the included amount may be charged separately.
  • Handover: On completion, we will provide you with a summary of the work completed and, where applicable, documentation so you can manage the setup independently.
  • Ownership: All work delivered becomes your property upon completion and full payment. We retain no rights to the deliverables.
  • Confidentiality: We will not share your business information, website data, or credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a service order if the requirements are unlawful, unethical, or beyond our capability to deliver to the standard we require.

9Intellectual Property

All content on thesoftsolution.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, page designs and code — is the property of Soft Solution International (SMC-Pvt) Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Work created and delivered as part of an IT service becomes the intellectual property of the customer upon full payment. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Soft Solution shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits or business arising from service downtime, errors or omissions.
  • Damages resulting from the customer’s own misuse of delivered services or software.
  • Changes made to delivered work by the customer or third parties after handover.
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms, plugins, or services beyond our control (e.g. WordPress core updates, WooCommerce changes, hosting provider issues).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

No Guarantee of Results

While we deliver professional work and aim for excellent outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific business results such as search ranking positions, sales increases, or conversion rates. These depend on many external factors beyond our control.

11Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. When you place an order or contact us, we collect only the information necessary to fulfil your order and provide support.

What we collect: Name, email address, payment information (processed securely by Stripe/PayPal — we do not store card details), order details, and any information you share to help us complete your service.

How we use it: To process your order, deliver your service, send order-related communications and improve our services.

What we don’t do: We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

For international customers, we commit to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith. We encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating any formal dispute process — the vast majority of issues are resolved quickly through direct communication.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution

Before raising a formal dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us directly at info@thesoftsolution.com. We resolve 100% of legitimate complaints within 48 hours and always prefer to find a fair solution for our customers.
